The Challenge:

Product name: milk powder

Net weight: 200-3000g in one jar

Production capacity: 10-20 bottles per minute

Other requirements:

1. jar shape is round shape.

2. Caps put on the bottle spout automatically (two different cap sizes).

3. Close the caps automatically (two different cap sizes).

4. Aluminum foil (two layers aluminum with paper) sealed by machine.

5. Stick label by machine.

6. One spoon size to be fed into the jar automatically.

1. Our Solution:

According to client's detailed requirements and details, we recommended the solution as below:

1. Automatic filling machine: Two heads auger screw metering, weighing and filling, to match production capacity about 180-600 bottles per hour (for 1kg-3kg milk powder).

It is also equipped with one auger screw feeding conveyor (saving labor cost to transport the milk powder to the metering machine; and saving space limited to two heads filling machine).

2. Spoons auto feeder: Vibrating plate type to sort and feed the spoons to the milk powder bottles automatically.

Only one spoon size, so equipped with one spoon auto feeder.

3. Caps auto feeder: Automatic elevator and caps track feeding mold to put the caps on the bottle spout automatically.

One cap tracking feeding mold is only for one cap size: dia.95mm and dia.120mm cap sizes, total two tracking feeding molds are provided in this solution.

4. Capping machine (servo type): Suitable for the caps type are flat surface, preventing scratches on the surface and affect the beauty of the appearance.

5. Induction foil sealing machine (wind-cooled type): Two layer type foil( paper and aluminum foil).

6. Labeling machine: round shape bottle labels, with positioning electric sensor (with high effective on right position).

7. Empty jar feeding belt: put enough bottles on the belt and then fed to the transporting belt automatically (save time and workers).

8. Collecting platform: collect finished bottles in the platform.
