This client product is canned baby milk powder 400g/900/1600g, total three sizes of cans, It needs to be compatible with three sizes at the same time and has a 400g capacity of at least 900 cans an hour. The product requires a vacuum filled with nitrogen, the residual oxygen is less than 3%, filling accuracy 400g ±2g, how to achieve?

Solution: Firstly, We should know that infant formula has very high quality requirements.So we recommend this working process:can feeding-UV sterilization-spoons feeder-weighing filler with powder feeder-weight detector-vacuum can sealing with nitrogen flush-laser date printer-flip device-can body cleaning-plastic lids pressing-collecting finished product.

About 400/900/1600g milk can, different can sizes, some machines are adjustable. Some machine need to change the mold only, no need to change the machines which will take small cost only.

About filling accuracy 400g±2g, we will adopt weighing type metering, it means after filling the canned powder will be detected the weight because there are weight detector under filling position, If the weight is too far from the target weight, the machine will automatically remove the product to the production line.

About residual oxygen is less than 3%, no problem, our vacuum can sealing machine can achieve this requirement, because can vacuum and nitrogen flush take too much time, one set can sealing machine speed 4-6 cans per minute, so three sets can sealing machine speed can up to 900 cans per minute.Why does milk powder need to be vacuum and filled with nitrogen flush? This will extend shelf life of product.

And what about laser printer, why don't we recommend inkjet printer?The laser coding machine uses a clear scale, is wear-resistant, and does not require cleaning ink.
