Canadian Juice Bottle Filling Sealing Capping Labeling Line Project

The Challenge:

Customer form Canada want to fill juice in this glass bottle. What’s special about this bottle is that it has a special cap, and the bottle needs to be washed and sterilized at high temperature before filling.

The Solution:

According to the customer's situation, we customized a filling line for the customer.

At the front end, we use Automatic bottle sorting machine to sort the bottles so that they can enter the conveyor belt more smoothly.

Next, connect the Automatic bottle washing machine and Glass bottle dryer to clean and disinfect the bottle to ensure that the bottle is clean.

Next comes the filling part. Since we have communicated with the customer in advance that the customer's liquid does not have any particles, we use a 6-head self-flow filling machine for filling.

After the filling action is completed, the customer's bottle enters the special capping machine.

Since the customer's bottle is a round bottle with a curvature, we chose a round bottle labeling machine for the customer. Based on the labeling machine, a coding device was added to make the production date and other information appear on the label.

Since the customer needed to add a layer of plastic film to the bottle cap to ensure that the drink would not be opened before being sold to others, we added a Rubber cap shrink machine to the customer. Finally, the finished products will enter the collection platform and be manually put into boxes.
