My customer is from Canada. His product is a testing reagent. The tube is very small and will easily fall if placed on the conveyor belt. Moreover, he has very high requirements for the accuracy of product filling, which needs to reach 0.001ml. At the same time, his factory space Due to restrictions, it is required to save space as much as possible. At the same time, customers require fully automatic filling, capping, and labeling.

Based on the above requirements, our engineers designed a rotary filling line for the customer to realize automatic tube feeding, automatic filling, automatic capping, and automatic labeling.

In order to ensure filling accuracy, we use ceramic pump filling, and the accuracy can reach 0.001ml.
