This is a customer from Uzbekistan. The customer has a milk factory. He needs to fill barrels of milk, 900g per barrel. The output is 3000-4000 per hour.The customer's output is relatively high, and the customer's lid is special.

The Solution:

In response to the customer's needs and circumstances, we customized an automated filling line for the customer.

First of all, because the customer's output is 3000-4000 barrels per hour, and the customer's material fluidity is relatively good, we chose a 4-head tracking filling machine for the customer with a speed of 40-70 bottles per minute, which can fully satisfy the customer. needs.

Because the customer's lid is relatively large and thin. Therefore, automatic capping cannot be achieved. We recommend that customers do manual capping and then use a chain press capping machine.

After capping, the customer wanted 2-4 bottles for heat shrink finishing, so we chose a Automatic PE film sleeve shrink wrapping machine connected to the front end for the customer.

Finally, we equipped customers with a collection platform to make it more convenient for customers to sort out finished products.
