The Challenge:

Customer from Germany who want to fill powder and granule by one line,sometimes he will use the auger for powder, sometimes he will use the weigh for small granule, now he has the 4 linear weigher already, he want to install with his current weigher on the line, he has many types bottles, but the production capacity not much, but he want to use one line for all types bottle as below

After checking with our engineer team, we recommend the best solution for him, we will use different size hopper for different size bottles, and we will provide wires connection for customer’s current 4 linear weigher to connect.
